Hello, the bin files and the exe must be in the same folder when launching the installer.
If you still have older files with the same names in your download folder, windows rename the new ones with a (1) suffix (there can't be 2 files with the same name in the same folder on windows). If this happens, the installer obviously can't find the right files.
You must make sure to delete old installer files and redownload the new ones, or rename them manually.
There is nothing we can do, it's a windows thing and it will happen with any other software using bin files (and we have to considering the size of the installer).
