Please first use search, our FAQ and the user manual to check if your question has already been answered.


In case you wouldn't be able to find an answer to your question, don't hesitate to open a new thread to ask your questions and report issues regarding your product(s) in the corresponding board. Please give us as much information as possible about it so we can help you quickly.


You must be registered in this forum to create a new thread, when possible please make sure to register to this forum with the mail you used to buy your product(s).


Here are the basic informations needed but of course any additionnal information, screenshot or video will help us to help you:


- What Windows version do you use?

- Is it the 32 or 64bits version?

- What simulator do you use with Envtex?

- Did you install Envtex as an admin?

- Did you run Envtex as an admin?


Please note that we will not answer to any support question by private message or it would become out of control very quickly. Also your issue and our answer could help someone else getting the same error while private messages remain private.
